The NeXUS4 HUB
A proposed personal device for connected life under human authority. The HUB concept brings communication, intelligent assistance and access to digital services to a boundary where consequential actions can be checked before they happen.

Network capability is not network authority.
A device that asks who authorized the action.
In the CASA proposal, the HUB is an access point to communication, services and AI assistance. A useful assistant may prepare a request, but permission to affect money, personal data, network settings or connected equipment must be established separately.
The Constitutional Enforcement Point (CEP) is the proposed gate for protected actions. A Constitutional Enforcement Unit (CEU) is the proposed trusted execution boundary that would help apply decisions on a device. These are design concepts under development, not claims that the pictured device has been manufactured or certified.
The illustration shows a possible physical form. Hardware specifications, availability and performance are not announced.
Know before you buy or use.
FHK is a proposed NeXUS4 HUB service that helps a person check a product’s registered information before purchase or use. A scan or product search could locate a source-verified manual, instructions, safety notice or applicable prescription, then present a short explanation in the person’s chosen language, including audio.
The concept spans medicines, vehicles, electronics, robotics, bicycles, clothing, toys and communication devices. Marketplaces could integrate a governed FHK lookup while keeping the original publisher, document version and source visible for independent checking.
FHK is under development. A summary supports understanding; it does not replace the original instructions, professional advice where needed, or authorization to act.
Built around human control.
CASA CI NeXUS4 aims to preserve human choice, including the ability to disconnect, use non-AI alternatives and challenge an automated outcome. PGI is developing the framework through research, reference implementation and collaboration.
Interested researchers, engineers, institutions and potential partners can explore the wider CASA framework and collaboration invitation.
